Au 31 décembre 2023, le groupe Dexia compte environ 500 collaborateurs. A côté de Bruxelles et Paris, le groupe a une présence internationale limitée en Irlande, en Italie et aux Etats-Unis.
Le groupe Dexia a opéré sa résolution ordonnée en tant que banque jusqu'au 31 décembre 2023. En juillet 2023, le groupe a introduit une demande de retrait des agréments bancaires et de services d'investissement de Dexia (auparavant Dexia Crédit Local), qui a été approuvée par la Banque centrale européenne en décembre 2023, avec une date de mise en application fixée au 1er janvier 2024.
Depuis le 1er janvier 2024, Dexia (auparavant Dexia Crédit Local) poursuit donc sa résolution ordonnée en tant que non-banque.

Description de la mission
Dexia invites you to partake in a new experience: As a VIE at the Operations team, you will be responsible and/or involved in for carrying out the following tasks:
- Managing operational aspect of the Dexia bonds portfolio;
- Monitoring Voluntary Corporate Actions on the Dexia bonds portfolios;
- Securitization reporting and events;
- Monitoring Dexia transaction non-standard followed outside the system;
- Fulfilling the reporting requirements of NBT’s and Secondary Wraps portfolio;
- Ensuring good communication and cooperation with outsourced functions (Dublin Front Office and Paris Back Office);
Updating and/or creating procedures.
Profil
Education / Experience :
- You have a Master’s in in Economics or Finance.
- You had ideally an experience in a middle or back-office environment. Relevant experience in Financial Markets and operations matter would be considered an advantage.
Skills and person-profile:
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Strong numerical ability.
- Ambitious and dynamic individual with a desire to succeed in his/her chosen area of expertise.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel where an intermediate level is desired.
- Good knowledge of English is required.
- Willingness to step-up into a more senior position and take over some of the keys tasks to Dexia Paris after the 12 months VIE contract.
Preferred start date: September 2025
A housing allowance of 1000€ will be provided to the volunteer.
