Since 1 January 2024, Dexia (formerly Dexia Crédit Local) has therefore continued its orderly resolution as a non-bank.

Job description
We are looking for a financial markets lawyer to join the Assets, Financing and Markets Legal Department.
The new employee will be entrusted with the following tasks:
- Set up the legal documentation for the bank's debt issues and oversee the updating of the related issuance programs.
- Negotiate framework agreements (ISDA, GMRA, FBF, GMSLA) and amendments to these agreements.
- Negotiate documentation relating to project finance hedging operations in France and abroad
- Negotiate and draft/approve legal documentation for the bank's complex collateralized financing transactions
- Adapt existing legal documentation to regulatory changes (EMIR, Mifid, Index Reform, etc.) and negotiate any necessary contractual amendments.
- Negotiate, draft or update all contracts required for the bank's market activities (clearing houses, trading platforms, etc.).
- Participate in cross-functional project workgroups
Profile
We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years' experience in a law firm or in-house legal practice in a similar position.
The candidate will need to be versatile and a generalist, with a good command of corporate, banking and financial law, so that he/she can work on cross-functional issues handled by other teams in the Legal Department.
Team spirit, ability to work cross-functionally, analytical skills and thoroughness are the qualities required for this position.
English and French are the languages used on a daily basis.
