In July 2023, the Group applied for the withdrawal of the banking and investment services authorisations of Dexia (formerly Dexia Crédit Local), which was approved by the European Central Bank in December 2023, with an implementation date of 1 January 2024.
Since 1 January 2024, Dexia (formerly Dexia Crédit Local) has therefore continued its orderly resolution as a non-bank.

Job description
Within the Risk Management/Project and Corporate Financing Department, you will be responsible for analysing and monitoring the Group’s project and corporate financing risks. You will participate in monitoring and analysing the credit risk of project and corporate financing transactions in the Infrastructure (PPP, transport, etc.), Energy (notably renewable) and Environment sectors in both France and internationally. The work-study candidate will gradually be responsible for:
- Ensuring the timely annual review of the project and corporate financing transactions they are in charge of ;
- Ensuring, jointly with the Asset Management Department teams (and with the risk teams of the international establishments, if required) the investigation of waiver/corporate action requests or restructuring proposals and preparing recommendations to be validated by a unit manager ;
- Ensuring the continuous monitoring of counterparty risks in their portfolio (press news, technical and financial report analysis, meetings with the different Asset Management Department teams, etc.);
- Participating in the quarterly review of sensitive files (Watchlist/Quarterly review) ;
- Drafting cross-functional sectoral studies, in line with the current events happening in the sector or the needs of the bank.

Profile
Your profile:
- You are currently enrolled at a business school or university with a specialisation in finance.
- You are interested in financial analysis and have solid skills and knowledge in this field.
- You have excellent analytical and summary skills.
- Your English is very good (spoken and written), and you ideally speak a second language (Spanish, Italian or German).
- You have excellent knowledge of office tools such as Excel.
- You are meticulous, hard-working, responsive and have excellent interpersonal skills.
