The Dexia Group is in orderly resolution as a bank until 31 December 2023. In July 2023, the Group applied for the withdrawal of the banking and investment services authorisations of Dexia (formerly Dexia Crédit Local), which was approved by the European Central Bank in December 2023, with an implementation date of 1 January 2024.
Since 1 January 2024, Dexia (formerly Dexia Crédit Local) has therefore continued its orderly resolution as a non-bank.

Job description
The candidate chosen will gradually take on the following duties within the Operational Risks and Information System Security Department:
Your missions:
- Identification, measurement, and analysis of Dexia Group’s operational risks.
- Analysis of the main causes of failures (system, process, person, external) and of incidents, and monitoring of the action plans implemented to manage risks.
- Leadership and training of the network of correspondents within the operations entities in France and internationally.
- Monitoring of KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) and of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), in particular to manage the risk appetite system.
- Preparation of the operational risk management committees, development of global periodic reporting and of specific requests.
- Monitoring of dashboards for management.
- Liaison with internal control functions: Permanent Control, Periodic Control.
Profile
Your profile
- You are currently studying for a post-secondary economics or finance degree.
- You speak fluent English which is essential for the role.
- You have expertise in office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Access is an advantage.
- You have keen writing skills and are able to express yourself orally.
- You are recognised for your rigour, autonomy, and relational skills, your ability to work in a team and your analytical and summarising abilities.
Preferred start date: As of September 2024 - 12 to 24-month contract
